Ordering a Business Listing…

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online listing submission process. We will send you an acknowledgement and review the details you have submitted.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we publish your approved listing submission. We will send you confirmation of this by email. Full payment must be received, either via PayPal or cleared cheque, prior to publication of a listing. When we publish the listing a contract will be made.

We may refuse to accept a listing:

• where goods/services being promoted are illegal or deemed inappropriate for general users of the site, e.g. ‘escort’ agencies;
• where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
• if the description of your business appears misleading; or
• if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

Cancellation...

If you wish to cancel your order:

• You can notify us by email to our published contact email address  on this website before we have published the listing; or
• Where the listing has already been published; cancellations may only be made within 7 days of the date of publication by notifying us in writing or by email.
